Hey. I've been doing collage/decoupage-ish pieces for years. I've always enjoyed hunting for the perfect images...
Then I went to collage, somehow lost myself in the entire Euro-art- canon hubbub and quit doing collage after my first semester.

Never quit doing what you are drawn to and love. It just sucks and you'll end up going back to it anyway.

So ... 9 years later I do collage, and collaborative collage whenever I get a chance.

If you also enjoy collage and would like to work with others message me and I'll give you the info to send me, or at least 10 other people pieces, either digitally or sent to my/ their/ your doorstep.

SO... I have a few friends that have publications that you can submit your pieces to, or just email them for info. They are all lovely friendly people (for the most part, lol. Please don't blow up my house, just joking)

Note* none of these publication pay for your images, but usually you get a free copy of the mag, any extra goodie that may come with it (i.e. stickers, music, musings) and a another line you can add to that resume of yours.
and I think most of these take poetry also...

Jim Leftwich is absolutely awesome and works with a wide variety of artist, both creators of Prose, poetry, and visual.
You can email him through the site.

Jim also has photo sets of over 120 artist, mostly collage + collage collaborative works. Jims keeps track of every image sent to him and after he has a few of your works you are given a place in the set. I have a set in there somewhere
